If you do purchase from ThrustInnovations.com, you must adhere to the following Terms & Conditions, also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at email@example.com We guarantee a response within 24 hours or less.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the wedding favors for your most special day or we refuse to accept your money! If you need to return something, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from ThrustInnovations.com.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and all other major credit cards. Delivery Time Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Thrust Innovations uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.
All orders delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95US additional charge for duties and taxes. For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $10.95US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment. At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%).
